Handle tandoor operations safely and efficiently
Prepare marinades, dough, and mise-en-place
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the tandoor section
Monitor food quality and presentation
Assist senior chefs during peak service hours
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a tandoor section
Knowledge of tandoor equipment and safety practices
Ability to work in hot kitchen conditions
Physically fit and team oriented
