Prepare and cook all tandoor-based items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikkas, and other grilled dishes.
Ensure proper marination, seasoning, and consistency of all tandoor preparations.
Manage and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring optimal temperature and safety at all times.
Assist in menu planning and development of new tandoor dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section as per FSSAI and company standards.
Ensure timely preparation and service during operational hours.
Monitor inventory levels and inform the Head Chef of shortages or requisitions.
Follow portion control and waste management practices.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff working in the tandoor section.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
