We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef to join our culinary team. The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing, marinating, and cooking a wide range of authentic tandoori dishes, including breads, kebabs, and curries, while ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, marinate, and cook dishes using the tandoor oven (roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, etc.).
Ensure all food is cooked to perfection, maintaining authentic flavors and consistent quality.
Monitor and control cooking temperatures of the tandoor oven.
Prepare mise-en-place and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Check inventory of tandoor ingredients and report shortages to the Head Chef.
Train and guide junior staff in tandoor cooking techniques when required.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
