Tandoor Operation:
Maintain and operate the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent high temperatures for optimal cooking.
Food Quality & Presentation:
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met for all tandoori items.
Ingredient Preparation:
Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables for tandoori dishes.
Hygiene & Safety:
Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Kitchen Management:
Manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and keep workstations clean and organized.
Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with the head chef and other kitchen staff.
Menu Development:
Contribute to menu planning and the development of new tandoori dishes.
