Expert in operating tandoor ovens and handling various meats, breads, and kebabs.
Ensures proper marination, grilling, and cooking techniques for all tandoor items.
Maintains hygiene and cleanliness of the tandoor section and workstation.
Monitors inventory and ensures timely preparation of mise-en-place.
Works closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Ensures adherence to food safety and kitchen standards at all times.
Capable of managing high-volume orders during peak hours efficiently.
Keeps track of food wastage and follows portion control guidelines.
Must have good knowledge of traditional Indian spices and flavor balancing.
