Responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes using the tandoor (clay oven).
Expert in marination, grilling, roasting, and baking tandoori items such as kebabs, naan, roti, and parathas.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all tandoor dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and proper temperature of the tandoor oven.
Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for ingredient requirements.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff in tandoor preparation techniques.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to plan menus and daily specials.
Ensure timely preparation and smooth operation during peak hours.
Maintain a professional attitude and uphold the restaurant's quality and service standards.
