Curriculum & Instruction:

Design and implement lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE framework, using a variety of teaching methods to engage diverse learners.

Language & Culture:

Foster a love for the Tamil language, literature, and culture through innovative approaches like storytelling, debates, and multimedia.

Student Assessment:

Evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback, providing guidance for improvement.

Classroom Management:

Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and a love for learning.

Collaboration:

Work with fellow teachers on cross-curricular activities and participate in school-wide cultural initiatives and competitions.

Parent Communication:

Engage with parents to discuss student progress and collaborate to support their learning journey.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with the latest educational trends, participate in workshops, and continuously improve teaching strategies.
Key Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tamil Literature or a related field, preferably with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.

Curriculum Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods.

Teaching Experience:

Proven experience in teaching Tamil at the school level.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Technology Skills:

Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools to enhance teaching.
