WE ARE HIRING Designation :- Tally Accountant Location :- Nashik Maharashtra Salary :- 25,000 To 30,000 Per Month Education :- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience :-

• Total Experience : 3 Years in related field
• Minimum Experience : 1 Year Proven experience as an Accountant, with expertise in using Tally software.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tally Accountant to join our finance team. The Tally Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Proficiency in Tally software and a strong understanding of accounting principles are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Records financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts, in Tally software. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing vendor invoices. Maintain accounts receivable records, including issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.

• General Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain the general ledger to track financial transactions. Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Tax Compliance: Assist in calculating and preparing tax returns, including VAT and other applicable taxes.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation.

• Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports from Tally software for management review. Provide financial data and reports as needed for audits and internal analysis.

• Documentation and Filing : Maintain organized and secure accounting files and documents for easy retrieval. Prepare and maintain financial documentation as required.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with expertise in using Tally software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
• Languages :- English, Hindi and Marathi.
