Accountant
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Jr. Accountant at our manufacturing unit in Rohtak to take care of daily entry-level accounting job to ensure all the records are accurate to facilitate financial reporting.
Salary: 12000 – 14000 / month
Min Experience- 1 Year
Location: Rohtak
Responsibilities as Accounting Job:
• Prepares journal entries to record daily entries at Manufacturing Unit.
• Update weekly customer payment report
• Maintain Stock
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Co-ordinate with Dispatch Team to prepare stock & Invoices
• Maintain Payrolls in MS Excel
• Provide daily reports like Stock Reports, Debtor-Creditor
• Reconciles bank accounts daily
Basic needs to apply:
• Must have experience in Tally ERP
• Experience with Excel
• Minimum 1 Year experience in accounting (Manufacturing industry preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
