About this Role: As the function that touches all our employees, our Talent Acquisition team has a special role in capitalizing on opportunities and creating the future for Bechtel. We are currently looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in India & partner with our superstar TA Specialists to help build robust and diverse candidate pipelines across our open positions. You will be responsible for the sourcing and screening of qualified candidates who meet both current and future staffing needs. The goal is to identify the best talent and to develop and maintain a pool of candidates available for open positions across multiple functional teams and in multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: . Sourcing: Developing candidate talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including internal applicant tracking systems, social & professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines to identify and attract top talent . Collaboration: Working with our recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop successful candidate profiles . Relationships: Actively reaching out to passive candidates through research, networking and online platforms and develop/maintain relationships with passive candidates to engage interest in current and future Bechtel openings . Candidate Engagement: Conducting initial screening to assess interest level, career goals, qualifications, work history, salary requirements, and culture fit, and to provide information about the organization and position . Stakeholder Management: Presenting qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring manages for further consideration and keep candidates engaged and updated through the recruiting life cycle . Innovation: Researching and implementing new and innovative sourcing tools, technologies, and methods . Employer Branding & Marketing: Researching and implementing innovative and effective employer branding & candidate marketing strategies . Market Research: Gathering and maintaining market research on industries, skill sets and competitors to strategically advise recruiters and hiring managers on the talent market landscape About You: . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field plus 3years of related professional experience or 5years of related professional experience in lieu of degree . Previous experience working in a recruitment role - ideally with sourcing & candidate outreach as a key component (either in house, RPO or recruiting agency environment) . Ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment . Knowledge and experience with a variety of different sourcing tools and techniques . Experience working with a variety of different online recruiting, networking, and/or social media platforms to engage candidates (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Indeed, etc.) . Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Applicant Tracking (ATS) systems . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions . Excellent networking, relationship management, and collaboration skills . Self -motivated with the ability to work autonomously often with tight deadlines Grade 23- 5-8 years Grade 24- 9-12 years
