Role: Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift
Employment: Full TimeSource and Screen rolePrimary Responsibilities-Identify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sites.-Meet the monthly hire goals.- Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities..- Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.- Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.- Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond viaphone, email or web to all assigned job orders.- Work all assigned job orders until covered.- Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.- Establish relationships with consultants.- Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.- Conduct Text recruit/ email campaignsRequired Skills- Bachelor\'s degree is preferred.- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.Should have excellent written communication skills.- 2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry/ Customer service experience preferred)- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
