This newly created role will be aligned to the People and Culture division and will be responsible for assisting the People Operations team in Sofia. This position is responsible for supporting the internal processes and assisting in maintaining employee-business relationships. What we\'re looking for: We are looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer for our Talent Acquisition team that can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ready to face new challenges. The role is for a fixed-term period of 3-6 months! As a Talent Sourcer you will: Assist in the Sourcing, Interviewing and Scheduling process for different business groups, including preparingpaper work Provide general administrative support to the TA team, including data management/record-keeping Support with TA projects and initiatives as assigned.
