Talent Services & Consultation! Location: Mumbai Shift: Should be flexible with night & rotational shift Education Qualification: Graduates & Post Graduates : . Minimum of 1+years of Oracle in employee data management . Overall workexperience of 3+ years within HR operations . Should haveinteracted with Employees as part of learning admin experience . Should haveworked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained orimprove bottom associates performance . &n bsp Preferablyshould have worked on SuccessFactors Employee Central . Must maintaina high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality ofemployee personal information and documents. . Must be ableto work independently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, andsatisfy commitments . Strong writtenand oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels ofthe organization . Knowledge offederal, state, and local tax regulations including their respective websites,forms and procedures is a plus . Multi-statetax and compliance reporting experience. . Stronganalytical and quantitative skills . Demonstratedattention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk . Demonstratedproblem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions .
