All the while, you\'ll receive outstanding training to help you become a leader in your field.What we Offer:Continuous mentorship \xe2\x80\x93 work with peers and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager dynamic and encouraging work environment\xe2\x80\x93 employees are at the centre, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting agility and work/life balance.:Seeking a Talent Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our talent acquisition and HR operations processes.Primary responsibility will be to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate data, and streamlining HR operations.Expectations from the Role:Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.Oversee the \'Candidate Management\' team.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Develop and lead a best in class onboarding process for our new hires.Generate analytics related to talent acquisition metrics, providing insights to optimize recruitment processes.Liaise with our target Campuses and support our Campus Recruiting Process.Support the Learning & Development Team in executing our training programs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR operations.Join our team and contribute to our mission of attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
