Job Position: Talent Management - Manager, Consulting India ACs

About the Role

Talent Management Manager will be responsible for optimizing talent management programs including but not limited to Year- end and mid year CRT cycles, expectation and goals governance, snapshot campaigns, succession planning at senior levels as well defining key transformational improvements in an agile way for all talent management processes.

The role will also entail aspects of automation, project management,data reporting with quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools and technology to support the requirements of the Human Capital and business.

The Individual will work closely with Talent Leads to establish and execute standard processes and governance model for all Platforms and Practices. as well as ensure consistency with US processes.

The individual will also work closely with the operations, learning, deployment and employee relations teams in multiple project capacities to ensure smooth relay of education, information and data.

Talent Management

Ideate and collaborate with Talent Leads to identify the programme vision, deliverables/objectives and design principles.Design, develop and implement talent management programs and processes which are optimal, consistent and forward looking across ACs

Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process

Keep abreast of talent management practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

Conduct regular talent reviews to ensure succession planning for key positions

Ensuring talent processes are implemented, communicated, and integrated across the organization

Accountable for ensuring that all Talent Programmes have a robust project plan and that they are able to deliver the key milestones in a timely manner from inception to completion.
