Implement succession frameworks and develop high-potential talent.
Organizational Development & Capacity Building:
Drive capability-building initiatives and lead change management.
Learning & Development:
Design L&D strategies and oversee training execution using digital tools.
Centre of Excellence (CoE):
Establish and manage CoEs for L&D, OD, and leadership development.
Leadership Development:
Run programs for all leadership levels using assessments and coaching.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
Lead DEI programs, workshops, and track progress on key metrics.
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with leaders and HRBPs; provide data-driven talent insights.
