While launching a new location - India, we’re searching for Talent Delivery Team Lead/Manager to set up our local Intellias team and recruitment processes from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate local Talent Delivery Team;
• Create and implement development plans for the team;
• Partner and drive staffing within Delivery organization;
• Constantly track, measure, analyze team productivity and improve the hiring process;
• Participate in updating recruitment related processes, procedures, guidelines;
• Full life-cycle recruitment for India;
• Work on corporate HR & branding initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Talent Delivery Team Lead/Manager;
• 7+ years’ experience in full life cycle IT recruitment;
• Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and motivate the team;
• Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting and understanding of all the disciplines of human resources;
• Understanding of IT outsourcing business and effective management practices;
• Strong interpersonal and effective negotiation skills;
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree.
