Position Purpose

• Responsible for overall delivery of Testing for GM IT
• Defining the Global Markets (GM) IT testing strategy and approach
• Implementing leading practices for testing across GM IT Testing ,interact with development teams and internal stakeholders to deliver quality across the programs and projects

Responsibilities


Direct Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall delivery of Testing for GM IT
• Defining the Global Markets (GM) IT testing strategy and approach
• Implementing leading practices for testing across GM IT Testing ,interact with development teams and internal stakeholders to deliver quality across the programs and projects
• Driving automation and the use of tools at scale aligned to the organization strategy of Agile & DevOps
• Ensure robust testing practices and automation for product integration, APIs , Performance & Security, along with improvements on legacy technologies aligning to TCOE testing process\practices
• Workforce transformation through training and upskilling of the testing team
• Drive quality improvement through a strong metrics based framework
• Formalize Governance meetings with key Stakeholders across GM IT Business line

Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and TCoE recognized Best Practices. Manage testing teams, managing large and complex activities and Processes
Contributing Responsibilities

• Track record of successfully completing testing delivery and change management programs
• Experienced managing in a highly matrixed organization, including multiple reporting lines
• Possess rich experience in Capital Markets & its Testing
• Good experience & understanding of Project Management methodologies/approaches (i.e. Scrum/Agile/Waterfall)

• Test Management experience across multiple projects(global\local)
• Have strong technical skills & experience , both functional and Non-functional (Performance & Security Testing) and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment
• Strong People Management skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills and should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
• Must be flexible, independent, self-motivated, pro-active, speed/perfectionism
