Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in hiring for manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering disciplines, particularly mechanical and electrical, and a proven track record of recruiting for shop-floor, production, maintenance, and technical roles in a manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles including production engineers, maintenance technicians, quality control, and plant operations.
• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct technical assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6-8 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in hiring for automotive, heavy engineering, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
