The TA Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of delivery boys/riders for the organization's logistics and delivery operations. This role requires strong sourcing skills, on-ground hiring strategies, and the ability to manage bulk recruitment to meet operational requirements within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for delivery boys (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, field recruitment, and local tie-ups.
Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
Organize walk-in drives, field recruitment camps, and local area hiring activities.
Ensure proper documentation and background verification of candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build strong pipelines to meet urgent hiring demands.
Work closely with HR and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in
blue-collar / bulk hiring
(delivery, logistics, drivers, warehouse staff).
Experience in hyperlocal delivery, e-commerce, or logistics hiring preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Number of delivery boys hired per week/month.
Time-to-fill for urgent requirements.
Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
Accuracy of documentation and compliance in hiring.
