Roles and Responsibilities -



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

(sourcing to onboarding) across functions Visa, Forex, Operations, Sales, Corporate Travel, and Technology. Partner with managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies. Manage

high-volume recruitment

and multiple roles within deadlines. Source talent via

LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and culture fit. Drive

employer branding

and candidate engagement initiatives. Handle

salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closures

. Monitor and report

recruitment metrics

(time-to-hire, cost, quality).

Required Skill -



5 - 7 years of proven experience

in talent acquisition, preferably within the

travel / tourism / hospitality sector

. Excellent

stakeholder management

and business partnering skills. Proven ability to handle

high-volume recruitment

in fast-paced environments. Strong

sourcing expertise

using professional networks and social platforms. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
