Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and culture fit.
Drive
employer branding
and candidate engagement initiatives.
Handle
salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closures
.
Monitor and report
recruitment metrics
(time-to-hire, cost, quality).
Required Skill -
5 - 7 years of proven experience
in talent acquisition, preferably within the
travel / tourism / hospitality sector

Excellent
stakeholder management
and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to handle
high-volume recruitment
in fast-paced environments.
Strong
sourcing expertise
using professional networks and social platforms.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
