Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and key qualifications.
Draft and publish compelling job descriptions tailored to various IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and niche platforms.
Screen resumes and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal stakeholders.
Facilitate offer discussions and negotiate compensation within defined budgets.
Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates.
Manage pre-onboarding formalities and documentation to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Maintain and update candidate records via the ATS and internal trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Solid understanding of IT roles such as Developers, Network Engineers, System Admins, etc.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub).
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR documentation processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
