We are Hiring For Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

Roles and Responsibilities -

Manage

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with

business leaders and hiring managers

to understand workforce requirements and define hiring needs. Use

multiple sourcing channels

(job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, social media, headhunting, consultants) to identify potential candidates. Build a

talent pipeline

for niche and leadership roles in the travel industry. Conduct

interviews and assessments

to evaluate candidate suitability, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Manage

offer roll-out and negotiation

while ensuring adherence to internal compensation benchmarks. Track and report

recruitment metrics

(time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to improve hiring efficiency. Ensure

compliance with company policies and labor regulations

throughout the hiring process. Drive

employer branding initiatives

to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice in the travel sector. Collaborate with HR team on

onboarding and induction programs

for smooth new hire integration.

Required Skill -

4-7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in travel / tourism / hospitality. Expertise in hiring for Sales, Operations, Visa, Forex, Travel Technology & Corporate Travel roles. Proficient with ATS, HRIS & recruitment tools. Strong stakeholder management & business partnering skills. Proven sourcing skills via social media & professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
