We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist | FMCG Industry

Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 4-7 years

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across functions with a strong focus on the FMCG sector

The candidate must be from FMCG company.

This role will give you the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening to onboarding -- while contributing to our employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely candidate feedback. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand requirements. Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives . Manage offer rollouts, LOIs, appointment letters, and smooth onboarding.

What We're Looking For:Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in FMCG). Hands-on expertise with job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS toolsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
