Key Responsibilities



A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for assigned positions, from manpower requisition to offer rollout. Understand hiring requirements in coordination with

HODs

Source candidates through

job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media, and campus hiring

. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews. Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and issue offer letters. Maintain and update

recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and recruitment metrics

. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements..

B. HR Operations & Support (30%)



Assist in

onboarding and induction

of new joiners, including documentation and orientation. Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases (physical and digital). Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications when required.
