Worker Sub-Type: Regular : Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Collaborating with hiring teams to build effective tech sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.. Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on- going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.. Conducting in-take discussions with business leaders and being their trust advisor when it comes to hiring.. Crafting stand-out job postings and ensuring positions are advertised on the appropriate resources.. Utilising direct sourcing techniques to identify and approach passive candidates.. Scheduling and conducting pre-screen interviews with candidates, providing comprehensive recommendations for hiring managers.. Schedule interviews for the hiring managers and ensuring timely feedback is received and delivered to candidates.. Working alongside the HR Business Partners to propose an appropriate and attractive compensation package for the identified candidate.. Ensuring all candidates receive a first-class experience throughout the recruitment and. on-boarding process.. Sharing content through BlackBerry\'s employer social media channels to help promote open positions and BlackBerry\'s employer value proposition.. Being involved with global recruitment projects where applicable.. Providing regular recruitment updates to Hiring managers and HRBP .. Update weekly APAC recruitment report and Workday recruitment status.. Compile candidate staffing files and working with the APAC HR team to define the on-boarding plan for the new hires.. Upload staffing files on Sharepoint.. Responsible for full recruitment processes including, but not limited to, sourcing candidates, putting job advertisement, promoting employee referral program, conducting intake discussions with business leaders, screening candidates, arranging interview, reference checking, background screening, staffing files preparation & processing, NHP (new hire package), new hire onboarding process, new hire survey etc. Provide end-to-end HR support to assigned business client groups. Provide support with HR projects. Perform ad hoc reporting and submission of Government Surveys. Prepare HR Letters. Process HR related invoices. Update weekly APAC recruitment report and Workday recruitment status. Attending/Participating in the weekly Global Staffing Call. Stay abreast of local employment law and regulations. Conduct HR investigation and support on employee relation matters. Provide ad hoc assistant to other Corporate departments, such as tax, payroll, legal, security, benefits, facility, IT, EHS etc. . Responsible for internal complaint committee. Responsible for workplace safety matters. Deal with any other HR related matters. We are looking for talented individuals with the following skills and experience: Have 5+ years of recruiting experiences. Degree/diploma educated and 3+ years\' experience in HR Generalist role. Have 1+ years of experiences in employee relation matters. Have experiences in HR related India government matters. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Experience in partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously. Results oriented with demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Strong project management skills; interpersonal skills and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be able to juggle several priorities whilst continuing to meet deadlines. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Results oriented with demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Independent, flexible, adaptability and resourceful. Willingness to learn, can-do and get-it-done attitude. Must possess tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality.. Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
