Your team The Talent Acquisition (TA) team champions an innovative and inclusive culture that inspires, engages and connects the best talent to opportunity - building our capability now and for the future. Your responsibilities Support the creation of demand forecasting practices. Accountable to partner with business leaders to define and document workforce/demand requirements across a quarterly and financial year basis including recruitment demand forecasts. Create and execute strategies to deliver to those talent needs ensuring we leverage & mobilise our existing talent and attract the talent / skills required for the future - this includes identifying risks, blockers and opportunities to continuously improve service & satisfaction while reducing costs & risks. This will also include identifying early attrition trends and partnering with Manager Talent Delivery to identify root cause. Contribute to the creation and embedding of the highest value Attraction, Assessment and Selection strategies that will meet required talent needs within cost and risk profile. Partner with relevant HR COE teams to ensure we deliver against defined strategic & project requirements within scope and timeframes. Act as a brand ambassador for the CBA Group, passionately promoting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to competitively differentiate CBA in the talent market. Role model and influence hiring managers to deliver our diversity agenda and public commitments. Use data, metrics and insights to drive and influence decisions ensuring we are achieving against our priorities. Collaborate with the wider TA community to support and deliver key projects and initiatives aligned to our Group TA Strategy and as defined by BU People strategy. Your skills & experience Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders of all levels and regularly communicate to achieve goals. Strong analytical capability, ability to forecast and understand business impacts. Knowledge of contemporary learning and development practices. Experience of contemporary in-house recruitment environments. Strong business writing skills. Your qualifications Certification in psychometric and ability assessment methodologies is desirable.
