End-to-end recruitment management across all levels.

Designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

Managing job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection processes.

Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Driving employer branding initiatives and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Maintaining recruitment MIS and related reports.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
