across India, ensuring timely and efficient hiring. Prioritize hiring needs based on

business criticality

cost-effective talent acquisition strategy

, optimizing hiring costs. Build and maintain a

strong talent pipeline

to meet hiring targets within defined SLAs. Utilize

social media and professional networking platforms

to source top talent. Enhance

employer branding

to attract high-quality candidates. Monitor

recruitment budgets

and ensure cost-effective hiring. Ensure

compliance

with labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies. Track

key recruitment metrics

and generate reports for continuous improvement. Stay updated on

industry trends and recruitment innovations

Must-Have Qualifications:



4-5 years of experience

in manufacturing recruitment at a managerial level.

Bachelor's degree

in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of

recruitment strategies and best practices

. Proven success in

talent acquisition

within fast-paced environments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
