You will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and leading a team of talented Recruiters to source, attract, and onboard top professionals across IT, ITES, and engineering roles, with a specific focus on the Aerospace and Supply Chain industries. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and empower: Guide a team of seasoned professionals to develop and implement talented acquisition strategies and tactics. Drive short- and long-term recruiting plans in collaboration with business units.
  • Diversity champion: Build and implement successful strategies to exceed diversity recruiting targets and goals. Partner with HR leaders and business partners to forecast future needs and talent trends.
  • Strategic advisor: Analyze business unit needs and advise leaders on aligning staffing strategies with short- and long-term goals. Partner with executives to implement effective talent acquisition processes.
  • Data-driven leader: Conduct regular analyses with HR and business leaders, measure progress against staffing plans, and drive process improvements based on data insights.
  • Team builder and coach: Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment to increase team satisfaction and engagement. Assess training needs, create development plans, and ensure team members have sufficient workload and resources.
  • Compliance champion: Guarantee all practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Candidate experience champion: Partner with the team to deliver a superior candidate experience, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline for the company.
  • Analyzes the organizational structure and determines changes to be implemented with regard to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within Engineering, IT/ ITES and supply chain in Aerospace Domain.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and Masters in business administration or management preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading and developing a team of recruiters.
  • Deep expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with all levels of leadership, including executives.
Must be able to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidate will have 14+ years of recruitment experience with an Advanced Degree
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
  • Independent work style with exceptional time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong sense of urgency and critical thinking skills.
