The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing and driving the full recruitment cycle for the organization in Gurgaon. The role requires expertise in talent sourcing, hiring strategies, and maintaining a strong employer brand for the Global Capability Center.

• Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition charter for the India GCC.
• Design and implement TA strategies aligned with global workforce needs.
• Partner closely with Business and Leaders for workforce planning and capability building.
• Drive leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and diversity hiring programs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team with strong delivery discipline.
• Implement recruitment automation, analytics, and best-in-class candidate experience practices.
• Monitor market trends for compensation, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and reporting for all hiring processes.

A successful Talent Acquisition Lead should have:
