We provide solutions for defense, education, and enterprises. Five years ago, AjnaLens was started with a vision to have a positive impact on society. About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the talent acquisition team to understand the end-to-end talent acquisition process
2. Understanding all current company job openings being hired, allotted to you
3. Asking relevant questions to the talent acquisition SPOC & hiring managers to get a complete understanding of the role being hired for
4. Building search strategies on job portals & job boards like Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. & reach out to relevant candidates for the open roles
5. Sending job descriptions to the interested candidates & gauging their interest in the template of the company communication guidelines
6. Preparing an interviewscript along with senior recruiters hence ingraining the structured interview format
7. Getting all candidate details needed to share their profiles internally for our various openings
8. Helping the talent acquisition team maintain their reports & MISes
9. Reporting every week about your work week & challenges/wins, etc.
Skills & Requirements:
1. MBA (preferred) in HR/any specialization
2. Any graduate with previous experience as an HR intern
