About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct phone screening and work on talent mapping for key roles in India within the given timelines
2. Complete diversity talent mapping for sales roles as assigned by Cargill\'s talent acquisition team members
3. Gather market intelligence and best practices

Project Scope:

1. Build a diverse pipeline for active and future sales and marketing roles: earmark roles based on location, band as diversity only hires
2. Target female candidates from FMCG and similar industries (to be aligned with business)
3. Create market intelligence for a diverse talent pool available in sales
