Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Manage job postings across various platforms and monitor performance.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire.
Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Support employer branding initiatives via social media and networking events.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and talent acquisition best practices.
