We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented

Talent Acquisition professional

with hands-on experience in both

IT and Non-IT recruitment

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Handle end-to-end recruitment for

IT and Non-IT positions

, from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and create

accurate job descriptions

. Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

. Screen resumes and conduct

initial telephonic/virtual interviews

. Coordinate with hiring managers for

interview scheduling and feedback

. Ensure

timely closure of positions

as per monthly and quarterly hiring targets. Maintain and update

candidate data and recruitment trackers

regularly. Manage

offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups

. Build and maintain a strong

talent pipeline

for current and future requirements. Ensure a positive

candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

Minimum

2 years

in IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Education:

Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and result-driven approach Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
