Draft and publish attractive job descriptions on job portals, social media, and the company website.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Participate in interviews when required and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
Use assessment tools/tests when applicable.
Gather feedback from hiring managers and finalize selections.
Draft and roll out offer letters.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and joining terms within company policies.
Ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding process.
Coordinate with HR operations for documentation, induction, and training.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
Suggest improvements for better efficiency in the hiring process.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain candidate records for audits and compliance.
