The TA will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and leveraging market insights to implement best practices in recruitment. Responsibility Deliverable - Talent Sourcing - Screening and Evaluation - Co-ordination with cross-functional managers Recruitment Marketing - Interview and Selection Process - Offer and Onboarding Management - Database and Metrics Management - Market Research and Best Practices Tasks & Activities Talent Sourcing - Leverage multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to identify potential candidates. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future organizational needs. Screening and Evaluation - Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture. - Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through various assessment methods. Co-ordination with cross-functional managers - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. - Provide regular updates and consult with manager on recruitment progress and challenges. Recruitment Marketing - Develop and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates. - Promote the organization's brand as an employer of choice through social media and recruitment campaigns. Interview and Selection Process - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Facilitate post-interview discussions with hiring teams to evaluate candidates and make informed decisions. Offer and Onboarding Management - Manage the offer process, including salary discussions and negotiations. - Ensure seamless onboarding and joining formalities by coordinating with HR and other departments. Database and Metrics Management - Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide actionable insights to management. Market Research and Best Practices - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices. - Implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
