Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates effectively as per hiring requirements. Ensure all open positions are closed within the defined
TAT (Turnaround Time)
. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Handlesalary negotiations
andoffer rollouts
with accuracy and transparency. Maintain continuous engagement with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining. Work proactively tominimize offer dropouts
and improve joining ratios. Facilitateonboarding of new joiners
, ensuring a seamless experience.Qualification:
Any GraduateExperience:
1yr (Freshers are welcome)Competencies Required:
Excellent Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management, Prioritization, Communication and PresentabilityJob Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
