Talent Acquisition & Recruitment o Source and screen resumes from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and other channels. o Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements. o Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers. o Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions (developers, testers, support engineers, etc.). o Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates and potential future hires. Stakeholder & Candidate Management o Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. o Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Job Posting & Employer Branding o Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. o Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts, company careers page). o Promote the company culture and values during candidate interactions. Process Optimization o Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools. o Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and contribute to hiring quality improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: o Graduation in Any Field o Minimum 1 year of experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (preferably in a service-based or staffing company). o Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
