with 1+ years of experience to join our Human Resources team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the growth of our IT services business.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Source and screen resumes from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and other channels.
Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non IT/IT and technical positions (developers, testers, support engineers, etc.).
Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates and potential future hires.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs.
Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting & Employer Branding
Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts, company careers page).
Promote the company culture and values during candidate interactions.
Process Optimization
Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools.
Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and contribute to hiring quality improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduation in Any Field
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
