Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an IT services or technology company.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Keka.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with campus recruitment and technical hiring drives.
Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
