Job Description

Recruitment & Sourcing:



Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals. Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to match job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Talent Pipeline Development:



Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates. Develop strong relationships with universities, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.

Employer Branding:



Collaborate with the marketing/HR team to promote the employer brand across digital platforms. Support career fair planning, campus drives, and recruitment events.

Data & Reporting:



Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and weekly reports. Analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Compliance & Process Adherence:



Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures. Ensure documentation and background verification processes are completed on time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
