Roles and responsibilities-

End to End recruitment to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Provide guidance and mentoring to the team of recruiters to improve their performance
Continuously improve the recruitment process by seeking out and implementing new recruiting tools and technologies
Create and maintain recruitment metrics to measure and report on performance
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recruitment status and progress.
