Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Share interview feedback and follow up with candidates
Assist in offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding
Support campus hiring and placement coordination
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
