Key Responsibilities



Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with HR team members for employer branding initiatives.

Stay updated with industry trends, best hiring practices, and recruitment tools.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented approach.
