Experience Range - 3 - 5 years
Duration - 6 months(Contractual Role)
Work Timings - 10am to 7 pm

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT Recruitment, Leadership hiring, and BPO Hiring.
- End to End hiring and Responsible from Sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent sourcing skills and Identifying /recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ensure to manage timely closures and should be result driven.
- Should be good at religiously updating and maintaining the candidates/Interview database.
- Exposure to Stakeholder management and vendor management.
- Hybrid working model
