We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Manager for our New Delhi location. You will be an excellent people leader and will manage an engaged team of dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinators. In this role you will be reporting to the APAC & India Regional Talent Acquisition Lead and be a trusted part of the leadership team. Your position will collaborate with regionally based Talent Acquisition teams and International Bechtel Project locations to facilitate hiring processes and procedures in key areas of the overall recruitment cycle. These areas will include but not limited to Job Requisition postings, Interview Arrangement, Offer Package Management, Candidate Onboarding and producing candidate status reports. Key Responsibilities: . Team Leadership: Managing a large Talent Acquisition team looking after India, APAC & ROW markets . Performance & Workload Management: Establishing a cadence of regular 1-1s with direct reports to discuss & review workloads, performance, career paths. Providing mentoring, direction & coaching . Relationships: Partnering with other talent acquisition team members, which may include TA Managers and sourcing support, to ensure that recruitment strategies are being enacted & on track. Troubleshooting issues as they arise & escalate where needed . Stakeholder Management: Maintaining superior communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders . Subject Expert: Provide oversight and guidance on statutory requirements & recruitment process for recruitment within the region. Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting technology & process to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. About You: Your team are responsible for establishing phenomenal stakeholder engagements and driving memorable candidate experiences. In creating a culture of continuous improvement and development, the TA Coordination Manager will inspire that team to achieve greatness and to deliver process & drive initiatives that allow us to go from good to great with flawless execution. Role Qualifications: . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field plus 8 years of related professional experience OR 12 years of related professional experience in lieu of degree . Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and/or service delivery, familiarity with high volume and fast paced environments ideally in global or multinational companies . Expert level knowledge in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, advertising, interviewing, qualifying, job analysis, offers etc. . Minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams, ideally in recruitment or talent acquisition . Expert awareness of relevant employment laws & compliance requirements - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately . Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, collaboration and critical thinking skills
