Swiggy is looking for freelance recruiting & sourcing professionals. The incumbent shall be responsible for sourcing relevant candidates for the requirements assigned to them and will be working on our Niche and Volume hiring requirement across tech and non-tech domains. Alternate Careers (Looking to venture into HR from other areas) with at least 3+ years of experience in any professional field. Location : Remote. Note : The terms & conditions of the engagement will be on freelance model and shall not include fulltime, parttime, contract and contract to hire models Adequate and necessary on the job training would be provided to the incumbents before they get started.
