& Qualifications

• Develop and communicate program direction for T6 programs in support of program delivery through the Global Product Development System (GPDS) milestones.
• Lead Product Definition Letter (PDL) development and publishing through Ford Product Definition and Offer systems and processes in support of program timing requirements.
  • Interface with all T6 top-hat Program Management teams to ensure clear understanding of program feature content and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing and finance to prepare PDL's in line with customer expectations, program assumptions and engineering and production feasibility.
  • Collaborate with regional and global cross functional teams in support of T6 product definition, downstream systems and PDL processes, including close alignment with the AP MP&L (codification) team.
  • Understand PDL customers and stakeholders; where required leading cross-functional teams to deliver assumptions in line with PDL process requirements and resolve open PDL issues.
  • Ensure PDL's are accurate, aligned to global PDL rules, consistent with other T6 PDL's and downstream production system expectations and in support of high quality launch events.
  • Advocate the PDL change and control process.
  • Review Change Request Form's (CRF's and CMF's) to ensure consistency and analyse detailed impact to PDL's. Prepare PDL mark-up's to assist the team in understanding proposed changes.
