We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Systems & Quality Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Global Mobility GSC\xe2\x80\x99S

Principal responsibilities

• Responsible for administration of all GM systems including KPMG, Success Factors (Employee Central), SIRVA relo tool, Deloitte Tax and other systems.
• Establish channel for optimization, streamlining Global Mobility processes, driving future system\xe2\x80\x99s integrations and automation of existing manual as well as complex processes.
• Designing and implementing an integrated data governance and quality assurance framework across the global GM platforms.
• Responsible for designing mechanisms for enhancing the quality proposition offered by GM
• Engage & collaborate with GM operations team, advisory team, regional GM teams who plays a key role in delivering services to assignee population start from assignment initiation to repatriation.
• Identify data / process gaps, establish Root Cause analysis mechanism, develop robust training plan to ensure data quality is maintained within all GM systems
• Provide value added MI for continuous improvement.
• Build robust mechanism for greater operational controls, governance & risk mitigation.
• Problem solving for short & long-term issues.
• Provide excellent guidance to key stakeholders on Global Mobility system/processes.
• Good knowledge of MI and working with large data sets.

Leadership & Teamwork

• Act as part of the Global Mobility Operations leadership team and supporting the agenda beyond Global Mobility as appropriate in the P&R Hub.
• Drive a high quality of service and operational efficiency throughout Global Mobility Operations

Operational Effectiveness & Control

• Ensure delivery of robust Global Mobility process/system, to be able to identify gaps, and provide proposed solutions.

Requirements

Requirements

• Graduate \xe2\x80\x93 University degree
• Previous experience in Global Mobility
• Previous experience in Lite automation, quality assurance, reporting, MI and analytics is required.
• Expert level knowledge of Excel (including Macros) is required.
• VBA and Automation knowledge
• Strategic vision with ability to meet challenging environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, Numerical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Global Mobility and International Assignment policies is required.
• Strong Focus on driving Process efficiencies and re-engineering.
• Self-driven & showcase good leadership traits.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to delivery in tight deadlines.
• Proactive and positive attitude
